We made our specialty this afternoon... YUMMY!
I am pretty sure the only reason why Elsie loves to make these things with me is because she gets free reign on all the goodies that are involved. While assembling the concoction, she just goes crazy eating everything insight :) You should really see her when the M&Ms come out... watch out you may loose a finger.
Her Mission: Get as many of these things in my mouth before Mom closes up shop!
Although, I will give her a little credit. She does manage to help me by unrapping some of the hugs. But then again... some don't ever make it to the pretzel.
Our finished yumminess! Want to make them for yourself?
Bag of Hershey Hugs
Bag of Pretzels {We dig Snider's Waffle ones!}
Bag of M&Ms
Place pretzels on baking sheet. Put a Hug on each pretzel and bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes. {If they look like they didn't melt, don't worry... take them out anyway. Trust me.} Once they are removed from oven, promptly place a couple of M&Ms on each pretzel, pressing into the melted chocolate. They stay very gooey for several hours! You can put them in the refrigerator to speed up the hardening process if you wish.
JUST BE CAREFULL... As these are VERY addictive. You know that saying, "Once you pop, you can't stop." ... Oh yeah. Amen, Sista. Amen. {Or Brother}

They are delicious. I made them for Dr. Nicole's last day of work before the baby. Now the clinic has the recipe also. I was sure to give you the credit.
