Well, I am back. My poor computer went to the doctor's last week. Poor thing had a virus and the power board went on her, but she is back and better than ever. YEAH! Let's just say I don't like being cut off from the rest of the world like that.
Any-whos-it... We have been enjoying our winter and holiday festivities.
Starting December 1st, we have had nonstop white stuff. We have been doing alot of shoveling and playing outside. Elsie even had her first snowday last week. She didn't like that one bit. She wanted to go to school and that was that. BUT we enjoyed the snow, had hot chocolate, and took a long toasty bath. Today, was another snowday, but she isn't missing school because she doesn't have it on Mondays. Let's just hope they get their act together and still have school tomorrow!
This little princess also had her Christmas program last week too. She loved every little moment of it. What can I say, my little girlie loves attention.
Last night we had our neighborhood Christmas get-together. Santa came bearing gifts. Sam is now a proud owner of a new Camaro complete with lots of noise. Elsie is the proud owner of Candy Land. Both kiddies were ecstatic to say the least. I think I will be dreaming of noisy cars and Candy Land tonight.
Of course we have been doing tons and tons of other fun stuff that goes along with the Christmas holiday season. ... searching for the perfect tree and decorating it, baking and eating lots of cookies (we ate our first batch and need to make another), opening up and reading Christmas stories every night, watching Polar Express (more than once, the little LOVE this movie), making one giant snowman, and creating our family Christmas cards. Elsie has been a big helper in that department.
Hope everyone out there is enjoying the Season too!
